Seeking cooperation
Sudlac has a lot to offer to distributors. “We have good products and a large customer network that they can use. We find it important to have personal contact. That is why we prefer to visit our partners. We support them by answering technical questions and, if necessary, we consult the laboratory at the French headquarters. We visit exhibitions together with our distribution partners and support them with their marketing activities which are tailored to their local market”, says the export manager.
Part of a good service is a product that can quickly be delivered. The material is in stock in the Netherlands and France. For the domestic market the following rule applies: orders before 12 noon are delivered the next day. This does not apply to the foreign markets, of course, given the distance, but the orders are nevertheless immediately prepared and shipped.
